Payment and Insurance Policies
You will be responsible for any charges that are not covered by your insurance. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Insurance verification for specialists can take up to 24 hours, and you may have to reschedule your appointment while we verify your new coverage.
You are welcome to use your credit/debit card, cash, or a money order for payment.
We understand that your time is valuable, and we are working hard to reduce wait times. Please help us by arriving on time for your appointment, and by giving us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your visit.
If our schedule allows, you may be given the option to wait for the next opening on the same day. However, please note that you will still be assessed the $25 fee, as we have to pay our staff to be idle during your original appointment slot.
- If a drug test is requested during your visit, leaving the patient or waiting areas will result in an automatic failure.
- If you need water, please feel free to ask any member of our staff.
- For self-pay patients, the cost of a screening is $100.
